Services Discount

Wookey Hole is proud to support the hardworking members of the NHS, Police, Fire Service, and Forces by offering a 10% reduction on standard day tickets to Wookey Hole for the individual and up to three guests (four in total).

Claiming your discount

Please use code: SERVICES10 when booking tickets online, to get your discount. You can book more than four tickets using this code but another member of the party must also be eligible for a NHS, Police, Fire Service and Forces discount.

If you are buying your tickets at the ticket office on the day of your visit, your ID must be shown or you will not receive a discount (see terms and conditions below).

Terms & Conditions

You must show your ID on arrival when collecting tickets and the ID holder must be a member of the visiting party. Failure to show your ID will result in refused entry or being asked to pay full price.

This discount cannot be used with any other offer, promotion or discount (including any additional online discounts). Tesco vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with this offer.

Accepted forms of ID are:

  • Employee ID card
  • Payslip (as long as you have photo ID)
  • Blue Light Card

The discount is valid for up to four people. You can book four tickets at the discounted rate per member of your group who is eligible for this discount. This means that if two members of your group had a blue light card you could book up to eight tickets at the discount rate. Both blue light card holders would need to show their ID when collecting your tickets.
