A: Absolutely. Simply enter your Gift Voucher code at the online check out or at the till at Wookey Hole.

A: A membership is personalised to the individual and cannot be transferred or resold for any reason.

A: Our current membership structure allows individuals to choose options that best suit their personal needs. This means members can tailor their experience based on their interests and how often they visit, rather than being restricted to a fixed family package.

A: For purchases at Wookey Hole, simply present your membership card to benefit from your 10% discount on food, drink and shop purchases (excluding alcohol).

You can buy tickets at the door for friends and family and benefit from a 10% discount on day tickets (excluding Winter Wonderland tickets). You will be asked to show your membership card for your guests to qualify for the discount.

We’ll email you about events like Comedy Cavern and Magique, with discount codes you can use.
 

A: Memberships do not automatically renew. You will receive two reminders before expiry to renew your membership.

2. Your Membership Subscription

Wookey Hole’s membership scheme offers a range of benefits in return for the membership subscription fee. Your membership fee supports Wookey Hole’s work, including the preservation and maintenance of the site and providing visitor services.

Membership fees and subscriptions for different categories are determined by Wookey Hole and are payable when applying for or renewing membership.

Wookey Hole reserves the right to offer time-limited discounts or incentives on membership subscriptions from time to time. These discounts are available only to those joining or renewing within the specified period.

We will always remind you when your membership renewal is due and invite you to continue your membership for another year.

3. Membership Benefits

As a Wookey Hole Member, you will receive the following benefits:

• Unlimited Access: Free entry to the Wookey Hole attractions, including caves, soft play, and adventure golf.
• Winter Wonderland Priority Booking: One Santa visit is included in your membership.
• 10% Discount on Purchases: Available on all shop, food, and beverage purchases (excluding alcohol) when you present your membership card at checkout.
• 10% Discount on Day Tickets for Friends & Family: This discount applies at the ticket desk when the member is present (excluding Winter Wonderland).

4. Gift Membership

Wookey Hole gift memberships are available for purchase online via credit/debit card. When purchasing online, the membership will be placed in the name of the recipient at the time of purchase.

• We do not post membership cards.
• The gift membership must be collected from the ticket office on the recipient's first visit.
• The recipient’s photo will be taken at the ticket office on their first visit and printed onto their membership card.
• The gift membership follows standard membership terms and conditions.

8. Membership Card Handling

• Lost Cards: If a member loses their card, they must contact Wookey Hole for a replacement. A £5 admin fee applies.
• Photo Requirement: All members must have their photo taken for the membership card as a security measure.
• Collecting Membership Cards:
  • If purchased on-site, the card will be printed immediately.
  • If purchased online, the card must be collected upon the first visit by presenting the purchase email.

9. Effects of Cancellation

If you cancel your membership, your benefits will cease at 12:01 AM the day after your membership lapses.
