| Q:
Can we take buggies/pushchairs into the Caves?
A: Due to the number of steps and uneven terrain, buggies and small children need
to be carried through the caves; you are welcome to use your buggy/pushchair everywhere
else on site. We do hire out light weight buggies that are easy to carry around
the caves and can be used everywhere else on site – to hire these please ask at
the ticket desk on arrival (£10 refundable deposit required)
Q: If we have experienced
heavy rain fall, will the caves still be open or will they be flooded?
A: We are able
to control the flow of water through the caves. Flooding is extremely rare and
has only happened once in the past 10 years. Q:
Are Dogs allowed into the Attraction?
A: No, the site is unsuitable for dogs (Except Guide Dogs), there are however
scenic walks and areas to visit with your dog around the local village.
Q: How long
does the tour around the Caves last?
A: The cave tour last for approximately 35 minutes. Q:
Can we use our Tesco clubcard deals tokens at Wookey Hole?
A: Tesco Deals Tokens can
be used as full or part payment against the standard admission cost, we cannot
give any change and no discount vouchers may be used with the Deals Tokens. (Tesco
vouchers cannot be used for special events e.g. Santaland and Fright Nights)
