You can buy Wookey Hole tickets online
with 15% reduction. This offer will be removed on 2nd September
2010. Tickets are standard day tickets and are not valid for
Special Events. Tickets are non-refundable. Tickets include
entrance into all the attractions on site (except the crazy
golf).
By placing
an order with Wookey Hole Ltd, you will be deemed to have read, understood and

Possession of the booking confirmation will be regarded as proof of purchase and
will entitle you to the relevant number and type of tickets purchased, If no confirmation
is available photographic proof of ID may be required to collect the tickets.
Wookey Hole operates a policy of no
refunds or exchanges for tickets booked online. Tickets booked online are valid
for one year from date of purchase (unless otherwise stated). Senior
Citizen rates apply to visitors 60 years plus. Note
that no pets are allowed in the caves, papermill or attractions (except guide
dogs). Children under 3 years are admitted
free and do not receive a personalised invitation with Santaland Tickets. Fright
Night tours are not suitable for children under 8yrs. Disabled
toilets are provided in the main car park and Valley area.
Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. You must be 18
years or older to purchase online. Credit
Card transactions are made on a separate server, with full encryption of all credit
card data. Your credit card details and personal information will not be shared
with any other company or organisation. Discounts
and other promotions cannot be used when booking online unless otherwise specified,
they will also not be accepted when presented at the ticket office on the day
of your visit. Wookey Hole Crazy Golf
is a separate attraction to Wookey Hole and therefore incurs a separate admission
cost, Golf is NOT included with the admission to Wookey Hole. Tickets for the
Crazy Golf can either be purchased online or on arrival at Wookey Hole. Wookey
Hole Ltd reserves the right to refuse admission to any ticket holder and or ask
ticket holders at any time to leave. Wookey
Hole Ltd reserves the right to close or restrict parts or all of the attractions
